I really love when the threshold and the board hatters closely aligned as possible because then there isn't that conflict. So for threshold, it was really wanting to build a firm with a different kind of a culture that perceived differently. And then the healthcare was something I had two very complicated pregnancies. It's not just a huge economic opportunity. But I also believe it's kind of a social moral and political imperativebecause otherwise it's going to bankrupt us.
