Usually by six or five seven o'clock is when I start working on that task list for the day. Get there early, you know, review the plan for the day, set big three goals for the day and just kind of put put the plan in place. Usually try to get home between 5 and 7 p.m., spend some quality dinner with the family then unwind around 8 a.m. And it's definitely important to find that time to unplug and have fun as well.
