Gravy, Is It Underrated or Overrated?
All forms of gravy are underrated. The only bad gravy is an under-seasoned gravy. I don't understand if you're just gonna whip up a package gravy by out. How do you make package gravy? You just dissolve it in a stock. It's gonna taste artificial. So, if you wanna be a real artist, like a Basquiat, you mix the high and low and you turn it into something else. And that's what I'm gonna recommend people learn how to do.
