Prompt Design, Prompted Engineering, Is It Over?
OpenAI has announced that instruct GPT models are significantly preferred on prompts submitted to both the instruct GPT and GPT-3 models. This is a significant move on OpenAI's part, it says a lot about their confidence in this approach. The fundamentals in prompt design are still necessary to use something like instruct GPT as well as the whole process of building a GPT three application.
