"I don't think that i am going to measure this work in terms of hope yet. You know, i just have to to make sure that the people in charge to me are well and that they could go out and have a quality alike," she says. "That's actually what i tell my students. I tell them about all the go possibilitis of micro aggressions ... Even if you get these jobs, i, like a couple of students, got these wonderful jobs."
