The system evolved after I returned to work after my second child and realized we needed a way to share work and manage the logistics of our family before I got freely burnt out. Our planning system for about three years is from a weekly and monthly calendar from personal planner. The pinnacle of the system is their family f l o m which they refer to the flam the family logistics and operational meeting every Friday.
