The way the song wavers back and forth between E major and E minor makes it feel like it's being blown back and forth by the wind. And actually the bass, well, so Mike, back in the Todd Rungering episode, you mentioned like the pedal point in International Feel. I think this is another one, like the bass forms a pedal point in the song. It does.
