The Importance of Reversing INRs

The bottom line is that physiologically, if you have an INR of 1.8 or so or below, you have adequate hemostasis. The problem with trying to quote unquote correct that is that it takes enormous amounts of plasma to make that INR move. So from my perspective, correcting correcting low grade coagulation, coagulation test elevations is a waste of time and resources.
