How to Translate From Chinese to English
To translate, you know, from Chinese, I believe that you at least need to have this understanding of the Chinese culture. And also an understanding of what your target readers can understand. There's a similar sort of snobbishness in English language literature to maybe what you were describing in Latin America. So the genre fiction translations are hard to come by, but Amazon Crossing, because they just want to sell books.
