Is Stoicism the Best Philosophy?

i don't think stoicism is about happiness? Ye, happiness is a very fleet n thing. Happiness is an epicurean idea. In english, the word happiness has to do with a very base form of pleasure. That's not what we're looking for at all. And i would say that i am a huge purveyor of of the the toic kind of path a, i think, trying to figure out where it actually lies. We are about respect and yet it's one of the common ones that we talk about in our daily lives. It's as close as we can get to the stage on which we mourn even if you're perfect.
