The FTC Challenges Microsoft's $69 Billion Acquisition of Activision

Two top CEOs testified in a major courtroom battle in San Francisco today. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Activision CEO Bobby Kotick took to the stand as the Federal Trade Commission challenges the companies nearly $69 billion merger. The judge's decision here will likely seal the fate of the transaction with both Microsoft and Activision saying they may abandon it if the judge grants the FTC's request for that preliminary injunction blocking it.
