He had one year left on his deal when Phoenix sent him to Cleveland. He played 12 total minutes in the playoffs for the Celtics during 2011. I really don't think it was all that egregious. Any start just kind of getting dumped because of some financial stuff. Gary Payton and Carl Malone teamed up in 2003. Oh, three or four season to go to the Lakers.
