Toronto is perhaps the most multicultural on the earth. The police are friendly and riding horses. You will feel like here in europe. They speak french almost, i won't say almost exclusively, but you will feel like you are in euro pe. It's like nowhere else, your country is legally bi linguo, but you are a big time, a media person, and you speak only english.
