How to Fix the Window Dance in Stage Manager

I want to get rid of the window dance. Any app that has an open dialogue in it, say you're opening a number spreadsheet. It the open dialogue comes and takes over the stage. They need to find a way around that because it just drives me drove me bananas. I'd also like this is, you know, we can talk about widgets in, I guess two things. One is I want to be able to get the app that's not on the top of the stack. This is a problem on iPadOS as well.
