Every single digital product or website, whatever, is unique. The customer base combined with that is unique. But we're in a situation where clients expect you to be an optimizer and UX expert. And it's not true. There aren't any UX guides I know who can look at tests and say, this one will win. In fact, my guess rate, I might get maybe 60% right.
