What PMs Can Do in the First 90 Days?
Shoe Vic: The first 90 days is a good litmus test of, you know, do I really enjoy this? And to be able to answer that question, I try to talk to as many people as I can. Yavik: It's very hard virtually, but would you like to be in the same room as them at some point in the office and actually have a conversation? Shoe Vic: There's a lot of these signals that can generate enough amount of momentum for you to have a good understanding within the first 90 days.
