What's Your Customer Development Process?

On a scale of one to 10, how satisfied or sorry are you? How satisfied are you with how you're currently solving it? And the reason those two, those last two questions are really important. Because what we're really looking for is like 10 twos, right? 10 importance to satisfaction. That's a real opportunity. that's something worth doing. I want customers that have product market fifth because it makes my job so much easier. Where I deserve most credit for is getting middling results for a really struggling customer. Those customers take up the most time. They're the hardest to work with.
