The Inequality of the Middle Class

If you want to enforce some kind of inequality, as i been observed multiple times across multiply human civilizations, then you just need to keep the majority of the people at the bottom fighting each other. It doesn't matter what they're fighting about, as long as they'reFighting about something and not lookinga where your hands are going and what they're putting in their pockets.
