Positive Addictions

Life is about more than just fixing what's wrong, it's about going after what's right. The most important thing for a positive life is to spend some time figuring out what that is and working towards it. Sometimes people solve the immediate problem within a few days, few weeks, and then they forget about it. It takes a certain mout of time for habits to be established and to be clear about what the long term goals are. But yes, the immediate goal is to stop these problems but the long term goal is to build a life that's so good you can't imagine you'd want to go back to those problems.
