The Fed's Opening Message to the World

I think there are some concerns about growth and particularly with the prospect of a global recession. It's maybe not inevitable but likely to have a recession. What does that mean for the rest of the world? Japan's an exporting nation, I think that's a concern too. If we take a step back and look at the coordination between the fiscal authorities and the monetary authorities, how do they connect?
