The Importance of Being Aggressive

I find it much harder to be aggressive right now, but you're not. Well, I was going to say, do you have people in your life who challenge you to be that way? Yeah. But those people also, it's a philosophy thing for them. It's not, you know, they are responsible. Like I remember, as early, early days of crossroads as church I started and I always thought it would be just amazing to have staff members. You have all these staff members and they do stuff that you don't want to do. That would be great. And of course that's not the case.
