The number of black recruits at J p morgan a h b c u fell from one year to the next. At goldman, it's up, but only to 25; their goal is to double recruitment. From banks, what i heard was, look, we this is going to take a long time. We truly care about it, and we're happy to be making progress, even if it's so, so far slow.
