I'd rather do different workouts where it's focused on you know Slowing it down and then speeding it up. Yeah, the other part that I've noticed is When we were going in the early stages or like in some of these training cycles we would spend Several hours on the trails sometimes. It wasn't all running running running there was hiking involved. There was occasional breaks involved and it was more about spending time outside on your feet Versus being running for three hours straight or for two hours straight. The running and the community element of it as well.
