Rye: I learned very early in my career the power of having great leaders. And, you know, learning the difficult way, i also learn what it's like to report to somebody who has no leadership skills. Asas people become ore self aware, those blind spots become lessa, less a liability, right? Because they know it's there and can fix it. They can build up the skill set to avoid possible damage to their company. Or they can source it out, when they can go, "I need to get somebony else on my team who can see what i can't see"
