How to Visualize Your Organization
I have been a part of organizations where for whatever reason, the IT department got to a place where they seemed to be walking around believing that the company existed for their benefit. It could help reset the power, the political power structure of an organization or help people understand like maybe we're not the only reason why it's on in this place. I've worked in a organization where they were called towers, literally at streams. But there was the business tower and the engineering tower. They had their own leadership hierarchy. And it was interesting because you're like, at the end of the day, we need both sides of this organization.
