Is Your Password Manager Taking Screen Shots?

The problem with password managers is that they take screen shots periodically, and you don't know when. This can lead to people accidentally leaking passwords from their secure store into a plain tex data base maintained by the system. If we had built operating systems starting in the nineties based on the idea of life streams, these problems would have been integrated into the system. But our current operiting systems do not work this way at all, and so trying to retrefit them is very difficult.
