The Importance of Product Integration in TV
The BBC is never going to be able to compete as an example with TikTok. The big challenge you have for someone like the BBC or ITV is how do you compete with a global service? You know, Netflix has got, I don't know, 240 million subscribers. So it is going to remain hard. It's much, much harder than it was in the 80s and 90s because of intense competition. What's your favourite TV show at the moment? As a connoisseur of these things? That's an interesting question. And the answer is, as I say, the answer is I player.
