The Challenges of a 40 Year Career

You don't have to think about your career as one thing. No, no, there'll be many, many careers. Most companies I talk to are using old 1980s, 1990s, GE models of management that they don't even know what to do. We have a lot of young people working for old people and old people working for young people. And the young people want to make more money, but they're not going to wait for the old people to retire. So we've got that issue of the pyramid. It's just dozens and dozens of things like that.
