Sporty's Union Jack Dress

Ginger's famous flag dress was a thrift store black dress that she and her sister sewed the flag onto and then on back so it would have seemed too nationalistic. The other surprising part to me was how the borrowed time quote is interesting because she wrote and talked about this experience as if she was writing years and years and years down the line. Everybody grows old of course but we seem to imagine that icons stay the same some of them do look at Marilyn Monroe and James Dean I sometimes wonder what would have happened if both of them had lived long enough to grow old but they still be idolized in quite the same way.
