The State of the Kathy Weaver Snack Program
The cost of food has gone up so substantially that they were spending at $11,000 a month just on their snack program. So what I'm hearing is unless the community steps in and donors step in, there's not enough food in schools to feed kids. You know, they would not be able to run until the end of June. Thanks to sort of our story highlighting the issue, they received, taste buds received a donation specifically for schools like Kathy Weaver to keep them going.
