I think I used that opportunity to like become the person that I really wanted to be. At first it was very, very difficult because I would straight up just start crying and like have a panic attack when I would walk through the doors of the school. And being in high school, the only way that I could have like go to school at all is because I went to alternative high school. It was so much smaller and teachers were getting to know me and they really cared that he was there. But as soon as I started connecting with people, you know, I wanted to do it as much as possible. So I tried really, really hard to do well in school.
