The Importance of Law School

I hadn't studied legal history at all as a graduate student. But I ended up liking it a lot. And so eventually, after he got to war on clerkship and law schools began the opportunity to start doing scholarship in legal history. It was sort of a faculty, junior faculty, or fellows and students participating in it. So I thought it would be a good mix for my PhD in law degree. My book was shortlisted for the Pulitzer Prize; they had difficulty hiring a successor. Jerry Cohen and Andy Kaufman were very influential in establishing that group. The field is going to be a promising place to do scholarship because there's been a couple of generations of our predecessors that haven't done
