Getting Creative With Mortgage Interest Rates
The interest rates, the normal mortgage interest rates, got up to 18 %. There is no way that any rental property you were buying in those days produced a an income percentage of 18%. So this is not a new thing. This is one of those adjustments we have to make. We're going to get right back to it after these quick messages. It's easy to think of therapy as a resource for when everything is going wrong,. but therapy can also be used in a prevenative sense and help overcome future hardships.
