The decisions that you have to make if you're a health practitioner trying to assist a runner either recover from an injury or prevent an injury, reduce injury risk. And then also the decision you need to make as an athlete around do I need to consider whether to manipulate how I run. The real key for us is when we look at those movement patterns you've got to ask yourself are these mechanics explaining the performance problem or the injury. For me really it's got to be blatantly obvious if you to be like okay yeah we've definitely got a link here between your mechanics clearly explain that type of injury or your mechanics are clearly explaining the performance reduction.
