Bringing in Junior Writers to Work on Projects?
We don't have any real igess mould when we bring people in. The real requirement for us is that where we generally are only looking for people who can work for us in some sort of recurring capacity at some point. So if you take someone who's kind of like a very junior level wrider, the first thing that you can have them do is essentially be kind of a right hand man to a lead rider on a project. And then that's a great model for us, because if that writer is working with me, they are going to get a share of my royalties.
