I think a real, in retrospect, a kind of penny drop moment for me was when I took my first academic job. And I remember thinking at the time, geez, is that something I should know? Because I'm not really sure where I want to go or what direction I want to take. The resonation comes from the embracement of it being okay to be uncertain, I think. There are always opportunities to search for and discover and action as you move on.
