Utam Dilon served as acting head of the US Drug Enforcement Administration from 2018. He now works for law firm Michael Best and Friedrich which provides advice on drug policy to clients including healthcare companies. Shaquita McBroom's 17 year old daughter Jeler died of an overdose two years ago. More than half of all opioid overdoses are in people age between 25 and 44. Almost 70% of the victims are white, 17% are black, 12% Hispanic.
