How Do We Effectively Minister to Our Body?

The way we've got our ministry structured is by departments and each department head has incredible autonomy to operate within their department head structure. And so many almost, almost all of the same functions as your church just structured a little bit differently. The main difference would be I have the ruling elders that isolate and oversee the business inside of the church, whereas my pastors don't oversee it. So they propose the budget, then the board approves the budget.
