The idea that we're supposed to be unemotionable, unemotional beings at work is just like, not in line with our humanity. I think teams often temper the excitement or positive emotions around things. Everybody has to get vulnerable enough to potentially frustrate the other people on the team by expressing their emotions. Conflict one of the emotions in team work.
