The Importance of Community of Practices

I always say, for the communities of practice I'm a part of. I want someone who has something to contribute to the community and something they will benefit from by being part of the community. And some kind of welcoming is certainly a part of building a relationship. Sure. Thank you for that. Yeah, thank you Ray. So I just I had a couple of observations where the client that that we normally work with and then a question. The observation is we work primarily with a group it's provincial government would be equivalent to state governments in the US. They have these I would I might even call them tribes for their community of practices. You'd actually want one of the organizing committee people
