Sally Kohn: One of the things I noticed, just getting ready for this conversation is that you have done an awful lot of teaching. And I'm curious, aye, how did that show up in your world? Because it's not that many people I meet who go from doing design or information architecture or project management and then suddenly are teaching NYU or Northwestern. She says she would trick herself every day to go into work by telling myself, "I'm just a teacher today" So even when she was head of product running teams, she got the best out of her teams by showing them something and then having them make something of it.
