If you don't want to be doing meditation then get out into the get out in intonatia and just being nature. The whole point of mindfulness is just wherever you are, just be there. And it's really as simple as if you tune into your thoughts, you've not tuned into your senses. If people want more specific information, they can contact us throughout the mind because we can build courses based upon that. So I think it is about understanding that the conversation is starting to understand what mindfulness is.
