The Effects of Food on Brain Growth

Clinical studies have shown a direct link between the foods that we eat and our brain growth. The brain requires something called EFAs or essential fatty acids. These include things like omega 3, DHA, omega 6. Most of us are exposed to a large number of omega 6 oils. This is not a good thing because omega 6 needs to be in a balance with the omega 3 for our body to function properly. We have way too much omega 6 compared to omega 3.
