Challenge Number Nine - Who Is Being Made the Hero?

How and to what extent should users of, or collaborators with intelligence systems be in control? This led to pattern number nine, always ask, who is being made the hero? If you have an autonomous or semi autonymous technology coming in and they're not the hero, they're going to resist that. And so finally, challenge number four, demonstrating accuracy, that is that a product actually worked and did what it was supposed to do.
