Is Volume Overloaded a Sign of Serosis?

If a patientis has signs o volume overload, further volume expansion could be detrimental to the patient. Patient is already probably into heppoterenal physiology. Conversely, if you have a sperotic that doesn't have any periphral edema, how often do you see that? And i'll be much more a confident a with a trial of intervines album for the first 24 hours.
