The Advantages and Disadvantages of Prop Trading
I'd like to stare this conversation more in the direction of prop trading. The advantage is if I were to try and sum it up without being too heavily biased, which is quite difficult bearing in mind that I run a prop firm. To sit with people who have been doing this for, in my case, 20 years, you know, my partner's case, five plus years. And some of the traders that we've had here have now sort of 10 plus years to sit with these guys. It really is a partnership that we try and develop and that we bring through.
