Sammy: In one of the sequels at least part of the premise reflects the director's original idea, which is that it's a horrible punishment. And so there at some point, a prison is constructed where the worst prisoners in the world are put into like a 60 man centipede. Sammy: The only thing I can do is that somebody took up the good doctor's work and wanted to realize.
