The design that we had was really good. It was built by some of the most talented people that I know. And it would be very easy to say, this is just one drunk guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about. But again, if you can approach design with an air of humility and say, hey, what can we actually learn from this? How can we actually improve the design despite the fact that we just got land based in this user test? What is the opportunity that exists in this? And that's what we immediately did - and it worked.
