Is This a National Security Threat?

Sasha: I think there is a national security pathway that's protecting them in addition to the emergency use. So, and it's clearly military and under military law. But we've covered on this program multiple times court decisions and court rulings, you know, going this way or that way. And I don't ever recall any court saying, hey, you know,. This is a national Security threat and the DOD matter. They're not allowed to mention it.
