How to Use Your Calendars for Project Management

A lot of stuff is changing for me again, so I'm interested to see how I'm navigating it as my business work ramps up again. So I'll be intrigued to see how that will work, whether I will change kind of my categories or not. That's something I'll think about. This is a bit of a broader question when it comes to time blocking businesses and teams using their calendars for project management. What are your initial thoughts on that?
